Bill Rossi is a proven, value-add executive who provides critical operations management to drive growth for companies spanning a wide range of industries. Bill's recent engagements include serving as the COO, of Chicago-based Earles Architects and Associates (EAA), CFO of SEAATS (EAA's commercial furnishings company), CFO for It’s Just Lunch (the largest traditional franchised matchmaking service in the world), Chief Operating Officer for Mekky Media Relations, CFO of Plan B Advertising, and COO of Open Roads Academy (an LA-based non-profit). Bill is also a part-owner of Epic Gourmet Popcorn which launched in 2018. In 2017, 2018 and 2019 Crain's Chicago Business recognized the vast impact of  Bill's work by naming him one of the city's most notable LGBT executives of the year.

 

Some of the many capabilities that Bill delivers for his clients include his ability to evaluate operational needs, implement growth-oriented organizational changes, minimize business and financial risks, and position businesses for long-term growth. Bill readily understands complex financial and operational issues and balances the need for cost efficiency with the desire to innovate. He has also shown a knack for guiding bootstrap companies that start from scratch reach profitability by offering his financial accounting, operational and process oriented systems, and essential strategic marketing services.

 

Bill has a Masters Degree in Marketing from DePaul University that paved the way for his transition to the operations side of businesses, and eventually into many C-Level positions. 

 

Outside of work he likes to spend time with his partner John and their two identical twin girls who all reside in the suburbs of Chicago. Bill is a big believer in the notion that the only way you can live a “normal” life is if you figure out who you are at your core and honor it -- something he has learned to live by, and now helps others to discover thru his social media platforms and blogs.
