“telos” is a Greek word first used by Aristotle to mean “with the end in mind”. Liberating the energy necessary for individuals to reach their aspired destinations requires, first and foremost, understanding what and where those destinations actually are.

 

Meet the 2024 Emerging Leader Fellows HERE

The Catalyst program is being offerred to the 2024 class of telos emerging leader fellows -- a cohort of young adults from the Cleveland area that are in their college and early-career stages of life. The goal is to guide the fellows through an immersive travel experience into the liminal space of true wilderness, to encourage them to reflect on their life ambitions and to set a clear course that will unleash their inherent greatness. The program begins with two spring gatherings, is then marked by a 7-day adventure to Utah and Colorado, including a 4 night river journey on the free flowing Yampa River. The fellows then participate in ongoing seminars and coaching to help bring home the lessons from their adventure, and actualize their dreams and life goals.
