“Telos” is a Greek word first used by Aristotle to mean “with the end in mind”. The Catalyst Fellows Program aims to liberate the energy necessary for individuals to reach their aspired destinations which requires, first and foremost, an understanding what and what and where those destinations actually are.

The Catalyst program was originally offerred in partnership with the telos institute, recognizing a cohort of emerging leaders -- high-potential young adults navigating their college and/or early-career years.

Today, we continue to offer the Catalyst Fellows Program, utilizing the the creative story arts of writing, photography and film, combined with an immersive guided expedition into the deep wilderness of our nations wild rivers to help young leaders define their highest ambitions and set the intentions to realize those goals.

 

The expedition will encourage us to reflect on where we come from, who we are, and where we are going, setting a clear course that will unleash our inherent greatness.

 

The program begins with a spring gathering, is then marked by a 7-day adventure to Utah and Colorado, including a 4-night river journey through the Green River's stunning Desolation Canyon.

 

The fellows then maintain the community of support we will create by participating in ongoing seminars and coaching to help bring home the lessons from our shared expedition, and actualize our dreams and life goals.
